Law firm Håstad assists companies in Swedish and international arbitration and court proceedings.
We work with commercial disputes in all fields of law, including disputes pertaining to sale of goods, construction, shareholders’ agreements, agency contracts, pledge agreements and insolvency. We have long experience of disputes within a number of business sectors, including energy, trade, IT, M&A, real estate and telecom.
Law firm Håstad has also extensive experience of disputes related to Russian-speaking countries.

Klara Håstad
Klara Håstad founded Law firm Håstad in 2018 after 18 years at Law firm Vinge. She has also worked at Svea Court of Appeal and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
Klara Håstad is regularly appointed as arbitrator and has experience of arbitrations in accordance with the rules of the SCC, ICC, FAI as well as ad hoc proceedings.
